Book and Journal Collection

We offer a collection and delivery service to and from our customers. This service is provided free of charge for large orders or charged at cost on smaller orders.

Collection requests for next day pick up should be received before 14.30 in Huddersfield and 13.00 in Falkirk, the day before you wish your books to be collected. When making a collection request please have the following information to hand: contact name and telephone number, collection address including postcode, the number of cartons to be collected and where the courier should report to to collect the consignment.

Your collection will take place between 09.00 and 17.00 unless you have different opening hours, which we will do our best to accommodate.

Your books will be delivered back to you once work has been completed. Different delivery addresses should be conveyed to us at the same time as the collection request.

* Mon-Fri 8.30-15.45

When dropping off printed pages, CDs or memory sticks, please do so before 12.00 if you want that day to count as your first day of service.

Theses can be picked up after 14.00 on your assigned collection day.

Trade Deliveries

Whilst we generally don’t collect work from printers or publishers for our printing and trade binding facility we will of course deliver your products back to you once work has been completed. Please click here to view our full terms and conditions of trade.
